So Abel seems pretty upset about the scar, but he's not putting pressure or an anti-biotic on it, so I'm already confused. The rest of this comic develops into what I think is a very subtle criticism of video game violence. Naturally it would take a psychotic strong man to move a cursor over little ships in space and shoot them.

Also I guess assault and sexual abuse is nice, so he'd just throw him out the air lock for not spreading his ass cheeks if he was in a bad mood? Oh then there is a Red Alert! Maybe the comic was predicting my momentous 100th post!?

At this point I'm guessing this is the space equivalent of the Navy or something, hate to have another guy roll up on your bitch!  Well I guess if you like it you shoulda put a permanent scar on it, not a ring. Do they use some space technology to scan the bite and identify Cain off dental records?

I'd almost like to put this author's negative tweets about Chris Brown (which I'm sure are out there) next to this comic, just to contrast it. I guess I should note that fantasizing and writing fan fiction about abusive relationships is probably better than actually abusing your IRL co-pilot. Remember kids, never hit your co-pilot in life even if he is a stupid bitch. Be excellent to your co-pilot!

This is probably the most striking thing, there's so little establishment and then a lame line like this is thrown right in your face. But, soon you'll be wishing it stayed like it was.

Star Fighter Page #1

Star Fighter is a kind of amazing piece of work. I don't think I've seen anything get to rape faster than it, except maybe an actual rapist. Since I have nothing to talk about I'm going to go page by page and do an in-depth review of this amazing gay fiction.

This first page actually character exposition! You can pretty quickly see who is the top and who is the bottom. We learn they're going to be a fighter and navigator team and that they have really awful code names. Sigfried and Roy would have been my choice!

After a quick google I learned that (SPOILERS)Cain kills Abel (/SPOILERS), so I guess this might be more foreshadowing as to who is top and who is bottom. From here you might think that Abel would be pretty far away from Cain, but soon we'll see the truth!

A normal blog post

I haven't had a lot to bitch about lately. I went to Otakon lately and used all my will power to NOT talk to the Star Fighter writer. Luckily the Moon Over June author doesn't identify as writing "Yuri" so I'm not in jail right now. I've started up an anime blog over at http://no3dpd.blogspot.com/ if you want to check it out. In honor of it I'm going to comment on a pretty awful QC.

Basically the thing explained happens in an anime, there is a robot with a sweet roll arm. But the girl came up with the idea on her own and that's the joke! Nothing more! How awful! The worst part is probably few people even understood it, and even then it's a bad joke, just an anime reference. I mean there has to be some reason for people who don't watch Nichijou to laugh at the joke or it's not a joke at all.
